Abu Dhabi made history when they announced their 2020 growth strategy. The capital was in desperate need of redevelopment. The traditional souk went through extensive redevelopment and made space for a comprehensive rebrand. This made it fit for purpose for a new generation culture seekers.
We created a contemporary identity that takes its inspiration from a traditional Arabic mashrabiya pattern. Integrating two faces – one looking to the past, and one looking to the future.
