I am a senior creative and lead designer on projects involving all stages of the employee value proposition. From recruitment and attraction, to induction and onboarding, through to ongoing performance as well as reward and recognition. I help develop internal culture and behavioural change campaigns. 
My focus is to take employees on a journey of discovery, to help drive individual behaviours by amplifying their stories through various, consistent touchpoints.
