Thomson Reuters: Connect Day 2016

Connect Day is an annual event in the Thomson Reuters calendar. The aim is to break down silos and build success in an environment of reduced employee engagement and trust in leadership. 

Aimed to reach 52,000+ employees in 500 offices around the world. The campaign peaked with “Connect Day” – a follow-the-sun, one-day event that aimed to reach all employees. 17,430 employees attended 242 live meet-up sessions around the globe.

Pre- and Post- activities were designed to build and maintain momentum and reinforce the global growth story. Activities ranged from a Buzzfeed-style quiz to a 21-day challenge. These helped employees bridge the gap between understanding the growth strategy to how they could get personally involved.
